How to see analytics of your course?

Analytics is an essential tool for business success. You cannot underestimate its value, if you do not want to give up your new beginning and unique idea.

Analytics provide insight into customer behavior, allowing the team to better target their marketing and advertising campaigns. Trible Web analytics


Web analytics is a great tool to make sure your course is on the right track. Which is why it's important to keep an eye on Trible Web analytics tool. 


To get more detailed regarding purchases via web product open your account dashboard and find Contacts button:

Here you can see all your users, alongside with different information that will be definitely useful for your sales:



From the top part of the screen you can see the information regarding all current users, new users, customers, and new customers.


Users are consumers who yet only made a registration for your app. 

Customers are consumers who made a purchase alongside with registration. 


Worth to mention, that you can surely see the information about each specific user details and filter them accordingly to any option which are: 


-email address that was mentioned during the registration in Users;

-registration date

-moment since when the user became a customer in customer since;

-user's lifetime value that reflects the current spend.


Just make sure to press on the relevant tab to filter the information accordingly.



The system allows you to have a general overview of all customers and users that you have at the moment, as well as you can search for a specific customer by name or email in a search bar at the top of the page. 

Each customer's purchase history are also available upon pressing on each customer specifically or via options area to the right of each specific row.


You will be redirected to a window that shows all the transaction history with all the relevant information regarding 

transactions like current status, offer details, payment date and provider. 


The analytics page can be downloaded additionally if you use "Download CSV" option. The downloaded file can be found by a default in "Downloads" section of your device as a separate document.

Apple Store Analytics

Once your app is submitted to the store, the app analytics become available to take an overlook of it. Let us provide you with the instructions on how to check the analytics tab in Apple Store:

1. Log in to App Store Connect with your Apple ID.

2. Select My Apps from the top navigation bar.

3. Select the app you want to view analytics for.

4. Select the Analytics tab.

5. Select the type of report you wish to view from the drop-down menu.

6. View your data and make changes to the time period, filters, or metrics as needed.

Google Play Store Analytics



As you are submitting the app to both platforms, Google Analytics is also an important tool. The results might differ because the platforms have different promoting techniques. Here are the instructions on how to check your analytics of the course in Google:

 1. Log into your Google Play Developer Console.

2. Select your app from the list of apps.

3. Go to the “Statistics” page.

4. Select the “Overview” tab to view the overall analytics for your app.

5. Select the “Courses” tab to view the analytics for your individual courses.

6. From here, you can see information such as course enrollments, completion rate, and average time spent in each course.
