How does it work?


With Trible, you can create 3 types of chats:

  • Community chat (for communicating with your entire community)

  • Community groups (exclusively for the creator to post messages)

  • Direct messages (for direct communication with your customers)

  • Members can reply or comment on messages. 

  • Ability to like or otherwise react to a message.

  • For each message, you can create a discussion thread.

  • Any message can be pinned.

  • Multimedia can be shared, including videos, photos, various files, and documents.

  • You can always see how many people have viewed your message.

How to access the community?


1. Create an offer that will include this feature (Check the guide: How to create a pricing plan).




2. Publish the app in stores (Check the guide: How to get my app on Google Play/App Store?).



How to create Group, Channel or Direct Messages? 


In a Group chat multiple participants can engage in a conversation by exchanging messages, sharing media, and discussing various topics.


1. Press the community button in your account builder and press "Add chat" 

2. Fill the chat information and choose chat type to Group and "Add chat"





Channels are used for broadcasting news, updates or announcements. Only you can post here. 


Members can comment and share reactions. To create one:


1. Press the community button in your account builder and press "Add chat" 

2. Fill the chat information and choose chat type to Group and "Add chat"





Direct messages (personal chat) is available from the community menu, from which you will manage your existing communities.



Both options need you to choose thumbnail, name them and write a brief description (optional)
