One of the main values from the mobile app is an option to send push notifications. With Trible you can not only receive push notifications from the messages in the chats, but also create the custom push notifications. In this article we'll guide you through this process.

Open your Trible account and look for the 'Push notifications' in the left menu.
Once opened – you'll be able to create the new push notification campaigns. You can create a push notification that will open one of the 4 pages:
Products Page
Offers Page
Tracking Page
Community Page
Set up the notification title, message and choose the target for your push:
How to schedule a push notification
Before scheduling the push notification you should select the user base who will receive it. You can send the push notification to one of the 3 groups:
Everyone who allow notifications
Users who purchased one of your paid (not free) offers
Users who purchased one of your free offers
After that you can schedule the push notification. Choose the date and the time when the push will be sent (the timezone of the calendar is the timezone you're currently in). You can choose the time in the past to sent the push right away.
You also can safe the campaign as a draft to work on it later.
All your campaigns will be listed in the push notification menu. You can schedule or edit them later.
While push notification is a powerful tool to keep connected to your audience, we suggest to use this feature wisely. Try not to schedule more than one push per day: if your customer will disable notifications it will be very difficult to convince them to turn them back again.
