Info about coaching


Coaching feature is available to all of our customers. It allows you to personalize your educational process and represent it to your customers. 


It allows you to have meetings one on one with your customers to increase their experience with your product and educational materials you provide. 


After the initial product is created it can consist of different sessions, so you can relate each of them to a specific topic that surely may, or may not be related to your courses. 



Each of your coaching product can be easily modified according to your preferences. Therefore, you can change it's name, cover image, descriptions and price accordingly.


 


As soon as the product was created - you can add it to offers. So your customers can purchase it and proceed with scheduling the appointment. 


How to use coaching


As you can see in your account builder - it's available for you to create via your account builder. From "Products" tab press "Create product" and proceed to "Coaching program" tab in the following menu. 

Make sure to name and customize your product according to your preferences.


 

Make sure to add the newly added coaching product to your sales offers so you customers can purchase them and you're all set 


Coaching section is definitely something that needs to be properly set up and customized. Thus, you can find appropriate settings to do that in "Meeting" section.


 

Meeting section is a place where you can edit your availability and some additional rules to make sure that dates and all settings were set up correctly. 


Coaching features


Since it's extremely important to have the meeting customized and set up properly.
 for your customers - you have some features to do that in your account "Meeting" section such as:


  • Time zone

  • Available hours/days

  • Date overrides




Coaching session has to happen on a specific time according to the availability of you as a coach. You can set up availability hours and days so that your customers know for sure when you can share some time with them.


At the same time some additional features are available for customization to make sure each of your coaching sessions is properly set up.


  • Amount of notice before the event start time

  • Break after a meeting

  • Amount of bookings you can have per day

  • Booking window limit (calendar days)


After this part is set up properly - your customers will be able to schedule the day and time according to it after the purchase is made. 


At the same time - all of your scheduled events will be displayed in your account. Worthy to mention, that both you and your customer will receive a notification via email about the upcoming event.
