How to Integrate Trible with Funnel Builders with Zapier

Modified on Fri, 27 Oct, 2023 at 12:58 PM

High-performing content creators tend to utilize funnels as a means of acquiring new customers. Trible was specifically designed with creators like you in mind, which is why we have included the option to seamlessly integrate your current solution with our platform. This integration will automatically create a new account within your app, provide access to selected content, and send a personalized email invitation to the customer. To streamline this process, we will utilize Zapier - an intuitive, user-friendly tool that can connect with over 3,000 different services and tools.
There are 2 ways to create Zaps: use pre-built templates or make them from scratch.
In this tutorial, we'll go over both approaches.

1. Pre-made templates.

1.1 Trible integration

To begin, visit the Integrations tab on Trible's navigation menu. You'll see a list of pre-made integrations for the tools our creators commonly use for setting up funnels. Simply click on the "Connect via Zapier" option next to your preferred tool.

The Zapier window will open automatically. If you are not logged in, you will need to sign up or log in to your Zapier account first.

Once you have chosen your preferred tool, you will be able to easily access our pre-made integration. This integration is composed of two parts: a Trigger from your marketing tool and an Action from Trible. Think of Zapier as a mediator - it will track purchases made on your website and promptly send requests to Trible. From there, Trible will handle the rest by setting up accounts, providing access, and sending invitations to your customers.

1.2 Trigger setup

In order to successfully create a Zap, you will need to click on both Trigger and Action and follow a few steps. As for the Trigger, you must link your funnel account with Zapier.

After that, you can select which purchases will trigger an invitation, including those for other products you may offer. If the option to limit purchases for your specific tool is not available, please refer to the "Zapier filter section" in our complete article. Don't forget to click Test to ensure everything is functioning properly. Нужен акк для скринов

1.3 Action setup

To set up your Trible account, you will need to connect it and input some information. You can do this by clicking on the Trible option and then selecting Connect.

A new tab will open through Zapier, where you can log into your Trible account.

Once your account is connected, go to the action tab to configure what data Trible will receive after a customer makes a purchase on your website.

Begin by selecting the "Email address" field, and then choose your customer's email from the dropdown list in your tool. This will ensure that your tool sends your customer's email to Trible.

If desired, you can also set up the First and Last names in the same manner.

Next, select the default project and the Trible offer you want to provide to your customer.
If you want to give access to 2+ offers, you would need to create another Zap with another offer.

Finally, test the process to ensure everything is functioning properly.

1.4 Zap publishing

Once both Trigger and Action are set, simply click publish and all new clients will be sent an invitation to access their individual accounts on your customized app.

1.5 Other templates

That's it for the funnel integration, but there are a ton of templates that you can use for your app.
You can access them from the "Integrations" page.

There are templates for email marketing, welcome emails, data collection, etc.

After choosing the needed integration, click on the "Use this Zap" button and follow the steps from both Zapier's Trigger and Action as before.

2. Custom Zaps

You can also create Zaps from scratch. To do that, hover over the left sidebar menu and click "Create a Zap"

2.1 Adding a trigger

First, add a trigger:

Choose your trigger app: the Zap will be triggered by an event that occurs in this app.

Select your event: this will be the event that occurs in the selected app that triggers the Zap.

Select your app account: select or connect the specific app account to use in the Zap trigger.

Set up your trigger: set up your trigger options to fit your needs.

Test your trigger: test your trigger to see if it pulls in the right data.

2.2 Adding an action

Next, add an action:

Choose your action app: the Zap will perform an action in this app when it's triggered.

Select your event: this will be the event that the Zap performs in the selected app when it is triggered.

Select your app account: select or connect the specific app account to use in the Zap action.

Set up your action: set up the data that you want to send over to your action app.

Test your action: test your action to see if it's working as expected.

2.3 Publish your Zap

After you set up and name your Zap, you're ready to publish it. In the upper right, click Publish.

Congratulations! Your Zap is now active.
